DIRECT Terms of Use (MVP — subject to legal review)
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using DIRECT (the Service), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organisation.
2. Licence
The Service is licensed, not sold. Use is limited to the number of seats and term set out in your organisation's licence agreement with Empauer Pty Ltd.
3. Your data
Data you enter remains your organisation's property. Empauer may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve benchmarking and the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer except as permitted by law, or use outputs as the sole basis for regulatory submissions without independent verification.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided as decision-support tooling. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empauer excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via the Service or your administrator.
